The Baltimore County Fallen Firefighters Foundation (BCoFFF) is a non-profit organization that has been established to assist active or retired Baltimore County Firefighters, Paramedics, EMTs and their immediate families.  The fund is a recognized public charity under 501 c (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Donations made to the Baltimore County Fallen Firefighters Fund are tax deductible in the U.S.  We are not affiliated with Local 1311, but we have their full support. 

The board of directors of the BCoFFF are comprised of several individuals who heard the vision of our fallen brother Tom "T.R." Rice, and sought to make it a reality.
